We limit our groups to small numbers that simply cannot absorb the loss of a student close to the workshop start.  We rely on your attendance to make important arrangements, cover staff, guides, meet minimum requirements for group discounts, as well as many other expenses.  If for any reason you need to withdraw from a workshop, please notify us at least 60 days before the start of your workshop. At that time we will refund your deposit, less a $250 cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is made between 45 and 60 days before the start of the workshop, we must retain the full workshop deposit. If notification of cancellation is made less than 45 days before the start of the workshop there will be no refund. The Santa Fe Digital Darkroom Photographic Workshops reserves the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not been received by 30 days before the start of the workshop. Santa Fe Digital Darkroom Photographic Workshops is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies. For individual workshops and gift certificates there will be a $50 cancellation fee. Scheduling can be up to 4-6 weeks out during our high season. Please schedule in advance. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. In the event that a workshop must be canceled due to inadequate enrollment, all fees and deposits are refunded in full or may be transferred to another workshop within 12 months. Santa Fe Digital Darkroom Photographic Workshops is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets, nor tuition fees in the event of a workshop cancellation. Please check on your workshop status before making travel arrangements.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that might prevent your attendance. We suggest a plan that offers coverage for medical/dental emergencies, lost baggage, missed connections, and trip cancellation, should you unexpectedly need to cancel. Travel Insurance Services of Walnut Creek, California do provide services such as this. Please contact them for additional information at (800) 937-1387. The Santa Fe Digital Darkroom Photographic Workshops is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies or reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In the event that a workshop is cancelled, for any reason, the extent of our liability is limited to the return of fees paid as outlined on the registration form. As a workshop participant, you agree to accept full and complete responsibility for your own welfare and property as outlined above and assume the full risks of travel, medical emergencies, cancellation for any reason, and participation in our workshops. Your signed application is a waiver of our responsibility and liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
